Driveway Performance

Authorization. I authorize Driveway Performance (“the shop”) to inspect, diagnose, and repair my vehicle as discussed with me, including the parts and labor needed to do so. I confirm I am the owner of the vehicle or am authorized by the owner to approve this work.

Estimates and additional work. I understand that estimates are approximate. The shop will not perform additional work or charge for it without my approval, which may be given by phone, text, or email and recorded by the shop.

Payment. Payment is due upon completion of the work. I am responsible for charges for authorized work and for any diagnostic or trip fees, even if I decide not to proceed with repairs.

Service location. I consent to work being performed on my vehicle at the service address I provided and confirm I have the right to allow work at that location. I understand weather or site conditions may delay or prevent work.

Release of liability. I understand the shop is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal items left in the vehicle, for pre-existing conditions or damage noted at check-in, or for failures of worn or defective parts or systems not caused by the shop’s work. I consent to test drives as reasonably needed.

Parts and warranty. Removed parts will be returned on request. Any warranty on parts and labor is as stated by the shop at the time of service.
